Julianna is Twelve Months Old

We almost forgot to add Julianna's twelve month milestone.  Now that she is walking on her own we are taking her to some of the area parks.  In these pics we were at Bluejay Point where they have a terrific Tot playground filled with sand.  We also took a few great shots of her at the front door - she loves looking and touching mommy's flowers.

Party Hat

For her first birthday Julianna had the cutest party hat.  However, she was not a big fan of it.  Everytime we got it tied on well she would pull it down.  But on her birthday we did finally find something to distract her with and we got some great shots.

Julianna is one year old today.  We've been celebrating this incredible milestone since Saturday.  Her party was so much fun and we loved having our family and friends to share this special time.  Here are just a few of the great pictures we have so far.  We're waiting for our photographer to send all of the great shots she got at Julianna's party.  They should be available in a few days.

Julianna is Eleven Months Old

At eleven months Julianna has learned two words (and actually knows the meaning).  They are "hey" and "kitty".  She can stand unassisted and climbs our stairs in record time.  She is eating mostly solids and she has seven teeth.  She has learned to make fish lips she understands "no" and she loves to give treats to the dogs (and they love it too) 🙂

Julianna is Ten Months Old

At ten months Julianna continues to wow mommy and papa.  She is pulling up, walking around objects and standing unassisted.  She eats most anything from the table so long as it's easily chewed.  She has learned to play peek-a-boo by squatting and popping up over objects in the house (sofa arm being her favorite).  She can give high fives and feed treats to the doggies.  She says, hey, dada, mama and yay though we aren't sure she truly knows what they mean yet.  We are having so much fun with her.

Julianna picked up eating solids without much fuss, nothing new there though we have introduced and encouraged Julianna drinking water which over the last couple of weeks has started to gain traction. Here are some pictures that capture our daily morning routine.

Julianna is Nine Months Old Today

What a difference a month makes.  Julianna's eighth month was full of milestones.  She began fully crawling at a record pace, can pull up and stand on ANYTHING, is starting to mix letter sounds, can wave good-bye, give high fives and crawl to the perfect window for bird watching!  Being her mommy is such a delight!

Julianna is Eight Months Old

We are a little bit delayed in getting Julianna's 8 month pictures posted this month but we think they turned out great!  At eight months Julianna can crawl on her knees, get back into a seated position from a crawl and pull up on nearly anything to her knees.  She is just starting to try pulling up on her feet.  She is "talking" more and more.  Enjoy our photos!
